BO-VESTA R compact units are highly efficient supply and extract air units with heat recovery. BO-VESTA series units are designed especially for small-size rooms such as offices, shops, and small public buildings. BO-VESTA-R compact air handling units are manufactured in 4 sizes covering the air flow from 500 to 5,000 m3/h.
BO-VESTA-R compact air handling units use a regenerative heat and moisture exchanger and fans with energy-saving EC type motors. Thanks to this solution, apart from recovering heat energy, we also moisten the air in winter and EC type motors ensure smooth adjustment of air flow rates of the air handling unit. The supply and exhaust air streams, after passing and through the filters and being cleaned, flow through a high efficiency rotary exchanger, which process thermal energy exchange between the streams.
In addition, fresh air after passing through the heat recovery exchanger will be heated by an electric or water heater to the required supply temperature.

A self-supporting casing construction has been applied in the BO-VESTA-R air handling unit. The main feature of the self-supporting shell HVAC units is a single inner clear cross-section, the dimensions of which correspond to the type series of the framework HVAC units. The self-supporting shell solution has been engineered for building HVAC units assembled from functional sections for a better repeatability of components and easy installation. This solution reduced the minimum overall dimensions and weight of the HVAC units, improved sound dampening, and eliminated cold bridges of the enclosure. The outer panels of the HVAC unit are made of aluzinc outer metal sheets and galvanised inner sheets, forming the cladding for a mineral wool core. The 50 mm thick mineral wool core has a good thermal insulating and sound attenuating performance.
The fan units in the BO-VESTA-R air handling unit are equipped with highly efficient EC motors of IE4 efficiency class. EC motors have a high efficiency of converting electrical power into mechanical power, which translates into virtually unchanging efficiency in terms of speed control. The casing is compact and the whole unit operates very quietly.
Highly efficient rotary heat exchangers are used in BO-VESTA-R units. The regenerator ensures heat and cold recovery together with moisture transfer. The rotary heat exchangers are built of aluminium, which has very high thermal conductivity.
