BO-VESTA²-H compact units are highly efficient supply and extract air units with heat recovery. BO-VESTA series units are designed especially for small-size rooms such as offices, shops, and small public buildings. BO-VESTA²-H compact air handling units are manufactured in 5 sizes covering the air flow from 500 to 6,000 m3/h.
BO air handling units are supply and exhaust air handling units with highly efficient heat recovery, with energy-saving quiet, efficient fan units. Thanks to the use of such subassemblies and special construction of the casing, we have produced a device that significantly reduces the running costs.
Each device is made on the plug&play principle, which saves a lot of work and time during installation. The devices are compact, aesthetic and the applied construction and small dimensions make them easy to install and operate. The automation system integrated into the construction of the unit is characterised by high functionality and an intuitive interface.

The unit is made in self-supporting technology without aluminium profiles. External covers are made of external aluzinc sheet, internal galvanised on both sides. The filling between them is mineral wool. The 50 mm thick mineral wool core has a good thermal insulating and sound attenuating performance. All of the functional sections are placed in one casing and the ducts are connected from above which makes the unit’s overall dimensions small and easy to install and operate. It is possible to purchase the unit without the automation from VBW Engineering. The unit’s plug&play design saves work and installation time. Due to the access to devices, BO type air-handling units are made in one of two available versions:
- RIGHT-HAND (RH): Looking down the air flow direction, the right-hand side of the unit features removable access panels and heat exchanger manifold ports.
- LEFT-HAND (LH): Looking down the air flow direction, the left-hand side of the unit features removable access panels and heat exchanger manifold ports.
Optionally, the heat exchanger manifold ports can be located on the unit end opposite to the access side.

For manufactured air-handling units, VBW Engineering delivers complete automation systems. VBW Engineering can also install, commission, and service the HVAC units with the aid of highly qualified and experienced service personnel. The HVAC unit control solutions are always adapted to the specific project requirements for the building and its users’ individual needs.
The idea of the PLUG & PLAY automation system is to prepare the control system of the air handling unit so that it is ready for immediate operation.
