Wola Center - Warsaw
Wola Center – an office complex, located in Warsaw at ul. Przyokopowa 33, in the direct vicinity of the Warsaw Uprising Museum. Wola Center is one of several investments being created on the site of the former Rosa Luxemburg Electric Lamp Factory building demolished in 2011, located between Karolkowa, Grzybowska, Przyokopowa and Kasprzaka streets. The investor is LC Corp S.A. The construction was completed in October 2013, the official opening took place on 5th November 2013. The project of the office building was created in the architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associate and is the work of Stefan Kuryłowicz and Jacek Syropolski. The complex consists of four independent parts: A (with a height of 3 floors), B (with a height of 6 floors) and C and D (with a height of eleven floors).
East Point Tibilisi
An open concept shopping and entertainment centre, located in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi. Spread over 24 hectares, with over 70,000 sq m of retail space in the first phase, EastPoint Tbilisi is a multi-functional shopping centre with all entertainment facilities, a kids club, a hypermarket, electronics shops and a DIY hypermarket, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets, a cinema and over 150 branded shops. Eastpoint has a 10-screen cinema with IMAX technology – the first such screen in Georgia and one of the largest in Europe.

Galeria Victoria – a shopping centre in Wałbrzych at ul. 1 Maja 64, on the outskirts of the city centre. The first and largest retail, service and entertainment centre in the Sudety region. Construction began in February 2009 and the official opening took place on 16 October 2010. The general contractor of the facility was the company Erbud, and the value of the contract was PLN 229 million net. The shopping centre is located on a 10-hectare plot, by provincial road no 367 and the nearby national road no 35 leading to the border with the Czech Republic.
Madison - Gdańsk
Madison – a shopping centre in Gdansk, in the Old Town at ul. Rajska 10. It was opened on 28 November 2003. The centre has a total of 5 floors, including an underground car park with a capacity of 114 spaces[3]. The main entrance is from the crossroads of Rajska Street and Heweliusza Street, but there are also side entrances to the centre from other streets. The usable area of the entire building is 33,000 sqm.

Green roofs bring significant benefits on an environmental and economic level. Lidl Romania’s decision to use green roofs was motivated by the reduction of greenhouse gases in cities.

Forum Gdańsk
Shopping centre. It opened on 26 May 2018. 180,000 people visited the facility during the first weekend after opening. The centre was built on a 6-hectare plot in the centre of Gdańsk, with a usable area of 62,000 sqm. The facility was built in the area of Targ Sienny and Targ Rakowy, historical sites of Gdańsk. Before construction began, there were railway tracks and the remains of the Gildia Shopping Centre. The originally planned name was Forum Radunia.

Centrum handlowo-rozrywkowe Arena
The name Arena Shopping Centre refers to ancient architecture, where the arena was an oval or round part of a Roman amphitheatre or circus. The total commercial area of the facility (GLA) is 26,000 sqm and the total floor area (GBA) is 36,000 sqm. The facility has the structure of a traditional shopping centre with strong anchor shops and a shopping centre with 75 shops, including 7 so-called medium-sized areas, as well as restaurants and cafes.
Auchan Shopping Centre - Gdańsk
The opening of the facility took place in 1998, at ul. Szczęśliwa 3 in Gdańsk. Auchan Gdańsk Shopping Centre is one of the oldest establishments of this type in the Tri-City. It is the first large shopping centre in the Tri-City. The object contains almost 70 shops of well-known brands and a car park with 2,300 places. Thanks to the expansion, which was completed in 2017, the shopping centre gained over 5,000 sqm of retail space.

Rossmann is the leading chain of chemist supermarkets offering its customers a wide range of diversified and high-quality cosmetic and hygiene products, household chemistry, home accessories and pet food. The first Polish Rossmann logo shop was established in 1993 in Łódź. After years of activity the company now has over 1,400 brick-and-mortar shops.
