Terms of use

I. General provisions

  1. The vbw.pl website is informational in nature and is maintained in order to present the offer of services in the field of ventilation and air conditioning. Apart from information and promotional data, the Website contains an application form, which enables the User to send a query.
  2. The administrator of the Site is VBW Engineering Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdynia, at ul. Chwaszczyńska 133D, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000179959, NIP (Tax ID): 7251740637, REGON (Business ID): 472201129, with share capital of PLN 280,000.
  3. The Website is maintained and operates in accordance with the Terms of Use.
  4. The Terms of Use define the principles of operation of the Website.
  5. The terms used in the Terms of Use shall mean:
    ◦ Website – the website functioning under the domain vbw.pl prowadzona operated by VBW Engineering Sp.z o.o.;
    ◦ User – an entity using functionalities of the Service.

II. Personal Data

Personal data disclosed by the User in the application or subscription form are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (hereinafter GDPR).

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (hereinafter GDPR), VBW Engineering Sp. z o.o. informs that:

  1. The administrator of the Site is VBW Engineering Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdynia, at ul. Chwaszczyńska 133D, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000179959, NIP (Tax ID): 7251740637, REGON (Business ID): 472201129, with share capital of PLN 280,000.

  3. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary.
  4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) or (b) or (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
  5. The User’s personal data shall be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the agreement, carrying out an order or providing a service, and also for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation for the performance of the agreement, e.g. issuing an invoice.
  6. The recipients of the User’s personal data shall be the Administrator’s associates and employees within the scope of their professional duties on the basis of an authorisation.
  7. User personal data shall not be transferred to third countries.
  8. The User’s personal data will be stored until the withdrawal of consent by the User.
  9. The user has the right of access to the content of their data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability.
  10. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  11. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection, if the User considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  12. The User’s data shall not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling, i.e. no decisions producing legal effects or similarly significantly affecting a person shall be based solely on the automated processing of personal data and shall not involve such an automatically made decision.

III. Final provisions

  1. The Terms of Use may be amended by VBW Engineering Sp.z.o.o., provided that the amendment is binding for the User only after it has been made available.
  2. The information contained on the websites of the Service does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
  3. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, to materials published by or on behalf of VBW Engineering Sp.z o.o. on the Website (e.g. text and images) are owned by VBW Engineering Sp.z o.o. or its licensors.
